This is personally one of the most important things in my life (I'm not saying I'm perfect on this topics but I do my best ๐ ) and it is one of the pillars of our company culture.
Never judge people before hearing / knowing them. And even more than that: ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐จ๐งโ๐ญ ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐๐ ๐ ๐ฉ๐๐จ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐.

Of course in the business world you must make decisions and evaluate if someone is good or bad to work with.
If someone has a bad behaviour on a business deal, you may not want to recommend them to someone else in the future.
If a commercial partner is not reliable, you may be super careful on your interactions with them or stop working with themโฆ
But in any case donโt emit a judgement, donโt b*tch, donโt say bad stuff about them openly, keep your mouth clean and remain respectable.
Each of us may sometimes feel superior or even disdainful to someone, thatโs life we are human, but we should try to fight this feeling and remain respectful with everyone.
There is a HUGE difference between deciding to stop working with someone, and emitting a judgement on them.
The first one is completely ok and part of the day-to-day business life, the second one is something I think we should always fight.
We strongly believe this is something key for our company to become successful, but way more importantly for all individuals in the organisation to become better and more peaceful human beings.
