We search for people who understand fast, complex concepts, with a good logic, a good level of discussion & argumentation.

Someone who doesnโt let go until it's done 100%. Someone able to deep-dive into details when needed. Very hard to discourage.

This qualifies someone hardworking, who wants to progress fast, and gives importance to the people they work with. A signal may be that they are bullish on companyโs equity (even though each story is different).

Thatโs quite subjective indeed, but we try rationalizing it this way: someone easy to communicate with, nice contact, sense of humor / self-mockery. Makes you want to keep the discussion running when time is up. Speaks respectfully of former coworkers. Humble, willing to help, "give first" mentality.
