"No Hello" policy is super important in our work culture at Stockly.
👉 Please avoid sending just "Hello!" in chat, and then send your request in a second message. You can include the greeting it in the beginning of your message to avoid your interlocutor waiting for you to type your second message.

Imagine that someone calls you on the phone, and say “hi” and then puts you on hold for 2 minutes, and then they start speaking and they finally tell you the reason why they are calling... That would be very rude and verrryyy inefficient.
This is exactly what happens when someone sends "Heyyy" on Slack, and then sends 2mins later the actual question.
More generally, a guideline we give to all newcomers is to always use one's time efficiently: be precise on your request, give some context, make it easy for them to help you.
