When we say “managed”, we mean that we’ve replied to each single candidate within 2 working days.
On average, it takes us 400 applications to find 1 new Stockler.
This may sound extreme but we think it’s not that much.
The thing we are the most proud about today is the outstanding team we're part of.
This is only the result of collective extremely hard work and high expectations on the recruitment.
We do our best not to make any concession about the people we are trying to hire. We look for the best individuals, that we believe fit perfectly with the project and our mindset.
This means saying “no” a lot, and also sometimes fighting for people that everyone else want (and sometimes losing). But the payoff is unlimited.
On the contrary, making concessions on recruitment leads to bad decisions, and general demotivation.
But that’s just our point of view 😅
